Senior Night Care Practitioner

We are seeking a Night Senior Carer to join our care home team at Barchester Healthcare. This role offers a salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and rewards.
The Ideal CandidateYou will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, as well as providing support to the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Additionally, you should possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents.
