Night Shift Care Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Night Shift Care Coordinator to join our care home team in Ashington, NE63 8HE. This key role involves coordinating care activities during night shifts, ensuring residents receive seamless and high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating care activities during night shifts, including medication administration and vital sign checks
  • Monitoring resident safety and well-being, escalating concerns to management if necessary
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent care standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a care setting, preferably in a coordinator role
  • Qualifications in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary and Benefits:
