We are seeking an experienced and skilled Children Practice Manager to join our team at Sussex Equine Hospital in Ashington, West Sussex. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary package and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the hospital, including overseeing clinical activities, managing budgets, and leading a team of staff members. They will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction, as well as enhance the overall efficiency and productivity of the hospital.

As a Children Practice Manager, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, maintaining compliance, and creating efficient rotas. You will also oversee recruitment, ensure fair pay practices, and encourage continuous professional development.

You will work closely with the Talent Executive to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them. Your expertise and guidance will be invaluable in shaping the future of our hospital and ensuring it remains a leader in its field.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience in a commercial, service-focused environment
  • Financial acumen and resilience in a results-oriented role
  • Possession of excellent communication and leadership skills
