Clinical Team Manager

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Team Manager to lead clinical tasks, inspire colleagues, and support residents across three care homes in their region.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, experience in care and support, and strong communication skills. They will work flexible days and nights, including bank holidays and weekends, and be comfortable with standing for extended periods.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring resident needs are met.
- Lead and motivate colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence in care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
This role offers a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive rewards package, including:
