About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our care team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants
- Support the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Provide individualized care and support to residents
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should also be warm-hearted and able to create a welcoming environment for residents.
