Clinical Health Services Pharmacist

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Pharmacists to take on the role of Clinical Health Services Pharmacist, utilizing their expertise in clinical medicines advice to address public and social care needs of patients.

Job Responsibilities:
- You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role, helping to resolve medication-related issues and improve patient outcomes.
- You will support prescribing practices across the PCN, providing clinical leadership on medicines optimization and quality improvement.
Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
