We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Urgent Care division as a Clinical Leader. This role involves taking on an expanded role within Primary Care, supporting existing clinical care to enhance capacity and capability within the team.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice and experience in assessing and treating patients in urgent care settings. They will be responsible for assessing patient health needs, using advanced clinical practice skills and judgment to provide high-quality care, and deciding on and carrying out treatment, including prescribing medication.

The salary for this role is £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including an initial starting offer of 36 annual leave days (including Bank Holidays), annual leave calculated on hours worked, NHS pension or 6% Employer Pension contribution (if eligible), share save scheme, career and pay progression through a clinical competency framework, employee assistance program, virtual GP Services - 24/7 GP Appointments, prescription delivery service, and WeCare Wellbeing.
