Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Educational Needs Assistant to join our team at Leader Recruitment Group. As a Special Educational Needs Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with complex needs, helping them reach their full potential.

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized education plans.
  • Assist students with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility.
  • Use positive behavioral support techniques to promote positive relationships and reduce challenging behavior.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and carers.

Requirements

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field.
  • Have experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
