Academic Mentor Assistant

Brook Street UK invites applications for the position of Academic Mentor Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to learning difficulties and disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate their academic success by providing individualized guidance, setting achievable goals, and monitoring progress. You will also collaborate with teaching staff to identify areas where additional support may be required, ensuring that each student receives the necessary assistance to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one support to students with learning difficulties and disabilities,
• Assist students in achieving academic milestones,
• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop targeted support strategies,
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions,
• Maintain accurate records and follow college policies.
This is a full-time position, offering a salary of £31,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including opportunities for professional development and training.
