About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support and small group assistance to pupils with challenging behavior, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Physical and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
  • You will work closely with teaching staff to develop personalized support plans and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to facilitate their learning and development.
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans in collaboration with teaching staff.
  • Contributing to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children or young adults with SEN.
  • Degree-level qualifications in Education, Childcare, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
