Peripatetic Care Specialist for Multiple Sites

We are seeking an experienced Peripatetic Care Specialist to join our team as a Regional Carer for Residential Homes. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents across multiple sites, working closely with colleagues to ensure that residents receive person-centred care and support.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Peripatetic Senior Carer. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that residents receive high-quality care and support, monitoring their needs and helping to plan their care, including reviews and risk assessments.

Main Duties
  • Delivering high-quality care and support to residents
  • Monitoring resident's needs and planning their care
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals

To succeed in this role, you will need a Level 2 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, experience of providing care and support, ideally for older people, and a willingness to complete all regulatory and statutory training as well as complying with our clinical policies and strategies.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,000-£38,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including free learning and development opportunities, automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme, and a range of holiday, retail, and leisure discounts.
