Caregiving Specialist

**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Caregiving Specialist to join our team as a Regional Peripatetic Senior Carer. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across three of our homes, providing high-quality care and support to residents.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, leading colleagues, and introducing innovative ideas to improve the lives of staff and residents.

**Estimated Salary Range:** £32,000 - £42,000 per annum

To excel in this role, you will need to have a strong background in caregiving, ideally for older adults. You must also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities.
