Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
As a Care Support Specialist at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and support, promoting independence and encouraging social interaction. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional care, responding to individual needs and preferences. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in care or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
