About the Role

You will work as a Night Senior Carer in one of our care homes, ensuring high-quality care and support for our residents. This role involves supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants and collaborating with the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver excellent care services.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Support medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

Requirements

">
  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
  • Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support.
