We are looking for an experienced Educator and Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of child development and be able to promote teaching and learning to help children thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children at each stage of development
  • Liaising with parents/carers of children, as directed by the class teacher
  • Participating in training and upholding the Ripple Education ethos and safeguarding requirements

This is a part-time role with opportunities for professional growth and development. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £28,000-£35,000 per year, depending on experience.
