Medical Administration Specialist

We are a friendly team in the Neurosurgery Administration department at the John Radcliffe Hospital, and we are looking for a highly motivated and organized Medical Administration Specialist to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to Consultants and their teams, ensuring the smooth running of the department, and monitoring the patient pathway.
Job Responsibilities- Understand the patient pathway and manage New & follow-up appointments to ensure patients are tracked effectively.
- Obtain necessary diagnostic tests/hospital notes needed for clinics.
- Regularly check future clinics, ensuring cover is agreed with the medical team.
