We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Patient Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis. The opportunity to secure a permanent position is available.
Key Responsibilities- Process patient referrals efficiently, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly.
- Coordinate appointments with consultants and patients, adhering to established policies and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer care to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Excellent organizational skills, enabling effective time management and deadline adherence.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, for seamless interactions with patients and staff.
- Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred but not essential.
This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic healthcare environment, contributing to the well-being of patients and staff. A competitive pay rate of £14.50 per hour is offered, paid weekly.
