This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Medical Support Coordinator at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Outpatients service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing referrals, triaging patients, and providing exceptional customer service at all times.

  • Implement efficient department/office systems to ensure smooth administrative services.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, respond to emails, and manage Powerchart messages in a timely manner.
  • Update patient details, register patients, and liaise with other departments as required.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions within own role.
