As a skilled Medical Secretary, you will be responsible for managing outpatient clinics for assigned consultants, including junior doctors, ensuring seamless communication. You will book appointments, arrange clinic bookings, and liaise with administrative and medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

This role requires excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills, as well as familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. You will also need to be able to learn new computer systems and work effectively as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this position is £26,530 - £29,114 per annum pro rata. We encourage COVID-19 vaccination to protect ourselves, our families, colleagues, and patients.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can provide secretarial support to consultants, including tasks not related to clinics, and cover colleagues' leave on a rota basis, particularly for urgent services.
