About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager in the Thames Valley region.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts for Stryker's Joint Replacement products, building strong relationships with key surgeons and healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts for Stryker's Joint Replacement products in the Thames Valley region, achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons and healthcare professionals, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in medical sales or a related field, preferably in joint replacement.
  • Proven sales performance, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of budgetary and cost issues surrounding theatres and surgical procedures.
