Are you looking for a challenging role in the healthcare industry? As an Apprentice Medical Administrator with the Transformation Unit, you will be responsible for providing cross-cover across the Gynaecology Administrative team. The post holder will manage patients on Outpatient pathways, including all administration working up to appointments and following appointment protocols.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Reschedule outpatient appointments as a result of patients calling the service, adhering to 18-week RTT / cancer / screening targets and local processes.
  2. Actively review patient DNAs, liaising with clinical staff and rescheduling appointments according to agreed local processes.
  3. Complete clinic cancellation forms and ensure authorised cancellation on EPR before processing and rescheduling patient appointments.

The salary for this position is estimated at £28,000 - £30,500 per annum. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
