Elite Employee is a key military charity making a real difference to the lives of 40,000 plus people every year.
We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Specialist to join our team in the Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving ambitious community fundraising targets and promoting the charity's work within the local community.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales background, customer service experience, and entrepreneurial spirit. They will be comfortable working independently, but also ready to utilise the support of colleagues across the charity. A driving licence is essential for this role.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description: We are looking for someone to raise income through existing networks of supporters, volunteers, and building new relationships within the military, community groups, and local business. You will be responsible for promoting team as well as individual success.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, energetic self-starter, ability to translate a story into rich content, and compelling scenarios inspiring people to work with us. You will naturally build rapport to quickly establish relationships and develop innovative partnerships.
