The Way Youth Zone is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Philanthropy Manager to join their fundraising team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to securing a legacy for thousands of local young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a new business pipeline of major donor prospects, with the aim of generating a new income stream for the charity. To achieve this, they will develop strategic and personalised solicitation and stewardship plans for a portfolio of donors and prospects.

This role requires excellent relationship management skills, experience in bringing in new business to maximise income, and the ability to produce high-quality proposals and make 'the ask' to high net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable leadership experience and input into an organisation's fundraising strategy, as well as being entrepreneurial and an outside-the-box thinker.
