Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Theatre Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Hospital. As a key member of the anaesthetic and recovery department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Salary & Benefits

This full-time permanent position comes with a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus benefits including gym membership and healthcare packages. Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support your well-being and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with consultants and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Manage a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology and equipment.
  • Supervise and develop junior members of staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant nursing or ODP qualification (RGN / ODP).
  • Post-registration experience in anaesthetic and recovery settings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
