Residential Support Team Member: Children and Young People

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our residential support team. As a Youth Residential Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing care and support to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Meeting the needs of our residents in line with OFSTED regulations
- Organizing and facilitating social activities, such as days out and community projects
- Assisting with daily tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of care plans
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in health and social care is desirable, but not essential. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
A UK driving licence is desirable, but not essential. If you do not have a driving licence, you must be willing to work towards obtaining one. We are committed to equality and diversity, and we welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
