Senior Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant nursery and create a nurturing, inspiring, and high-quality learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the nursery team, promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring the smooth and sustainable running of the nursery.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff, promoting a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans, ensuring that the diverse developmental needs of every child are met.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the financial sustainability of the nursery.
  • Maintain outstanding levels of care and education, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS requirements.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or above, with substantial nursery management experience.
  • Leadership and people skills: Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams, with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.
  • Expert knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early years child development.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff, combined with top-tier organisational skills.
