Job Description

Thegradcafe seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales compensation plan administration for multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales compensation, excellent leadership skills, and expertise in Xactly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of sales compensation analysts.
  • Implement sales compensation plans in Xactly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of workflows and commission payments.
  • Support field teams and other departments with inquiries, disputes, and exception review processes.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of sales compensation experience.
  • BA/BS in quantitative major (finance, business, mathematics, statistics).
  • Strong analytical chops, problem-solving mindset, and project management skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
