Job Title: Regional Sales Director

The opportunity to become a Regional Sales Director at WALLACE HIND SELECTION LIMITED offers an exceptional chance for experienced sales professionals or engineers transitioning into sales to take ownership of an established territory and unlock their full earning potential.

This role requires managing and growing existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the assigned territory, and maintaining a deep understanding of the local market and competitors.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry or territory, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 per annum, inclusive of basic salary and bonus.
