Sales Director

We are committed to being an equal opportunities employer and are seeking a highly motivated and natural leader to join our team as Head of Mid-Market Sales. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the mid-market segment.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our Go to Market strategy and business objectives
- Managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Working closely with marketing, alliances, product, customer success, pricing, deal desk, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional knowledge and experience in selling within the HCM/HRIS and Global Payroll managed services space
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire a diverse and remote sales team
- Direct experience working with large multinational/enterprise clients, selling into C-suite
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
