Sales Performance Manager

At Back Market, we're on a mission to empower people to consume tech sustainably. As a Sales Performance Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of merchants based in the UK, driving sales and quality performance across all European Back Market websites.
- Lead Business Reviews with sellers to plan and manage strategic plans, visiting and auditing their structures to ensure alignment with our goals.
- Contribute to the development of Back Market's business strategy, leveraging your field feedback and experience to inform our approach.
- Lead cross-team projects to tailor solutions for our sellers, leveraging data to track performance and analyze trends.
- Collaborate with our teams to drive business growth, working cross-functionally to achieve our objectives.
- Fluent English language skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in related fields, with a proven track record of customer portfolio management and project management.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or fast-growing startups is a plus.
- SQL and/or Tableau experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and develop analytics skills is essential.
- Confidence in business and technical conversations, with the ability to break down complex concepts for anyone to understand.
