At Back Market, we're on a mission to empower people to consume tech sustainably. As a Sales Performance Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of merchants based in the UK, driving sales and quality performance across all European Back Market websites.
  • Lead Business Reviews with sellers to plan and manage strategic plans, visiting and auditing their structures to ensure alignment with our goals.
  • Contribute to the development of Back Market's business strategy, leveraging your field feedback and experience to inform our approach.
  • Lead cross-team projects to tailor solutions for our sellers, leveraging data to track performance and analyze trends.
  • Collaborate with our teams to drive business growth, working cross-functionally to achieve our objectives.
What We're Looking For:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related fields, with a proven track record of customer portfolio management and project management.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or fast-growing startups is a plus.
  • SQL and/or Tableau experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and develop analytics skills is essential.
  • Confidence in business and technical conversations, with the ability to break down complex concepts for anyone to understand.
  • Resourcefulness, scrappiness, and creativity – if a playbook doesn't exist, you're excited to figure it out and build it for the team.
