Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our Occupational Health Service team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, driving business improvement, and delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead on business improvement initiatives, working closely with clinical and operational teams to drive forward service transformation.
- Oversee performance management, ensuring that business standards are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement communication strategies, promoting our occupational health services and engaging with internal and external audiences.
- Ensure that business administration and information management systems are in place to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
