As a Regional Sales Manager with Zest Business Group, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our eye care solutions business in the South West region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong reputation in the industry.

About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in your designated territory. You will work closely with our existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build and maintain relationships with key customers, as well as identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the South West region
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is up to £32.5k, with an excellent bonus scheme and company car. You will also have access to a range of additional benefits.
