About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Energy Sales Professional to join our team at Utility Bidder Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for making outbound B2B sales calls to our portfolio of existing customers and new SMEs to negotiate a new energy tariff.
Key Responsibilities
- Making high-volume outbound calls to establish customer needs and match them with a suitable product.
- Liaising with energy providers to source the right solutions.
- Providing accurate written quotations whilst maintaining CRM data.
- Building rapport with customers and delivering a first-class service.
- Using a consultative approach to negotiate and close sales.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent pitching, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
