About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Category Growth Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our Northern Europe business unit, you will be responsible for driving category growth and development across some of the UK's most loved brands, including Heinz Tomato Ketchup, HP Brown Sauce, and Heinz Seriously Good Mayonnaise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with internal Category and Sales Leads to land new product developments externally and effectively manage range rationalization across the trade.
  • Leading the rhythm of reporting and analyses of retailer, sub-category, and product performance, providing recommendations to improve.
  • Bringing compelling, actionable insights to influence our internal innovation pipeline and help validate innovation business cases with market data.
  • Partnering with UK retailers to help overcome challenges such as new HFSS regulations.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or similar).
  • +5 Yrs experience in category management/development.
  • Highly numerate and strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market, category, and financial data to identify key trends and recommend creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with JDA, IRI, Kantar, retailer data systems (e.g., Dunhumby, Retail Link).
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus an excellent bonus structure and permanent contract.
