About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Hamilton Hunter. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the SME and Enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at maximising software license acquisition and annual recurring revenue.
  • Research, consult, and scope client needs, providing tailored recommendations on automating and optimising their functions.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive solutions presentations, product demonstrations, and pricing proposals, managing the entire sales process through to closure.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and activity updates to the Sales Director.
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and drive lead generation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in SaaS, ERP, RPA, Document Management, or Accountancy Software solutions and a proven ability to consistently win new logo clients. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to identify and articulate value propositions that address client challenges.
  • Experience creating and delivering successful business development strategies that drive results.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with advanced negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and determined attitude to consistently exceed targets.
