Senior Sales Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Executive to join our team at Thwaites. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and achieve sales targets by supporting the Sales Office Manager and contributing to the management of the sales team.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding position with scope for career progression, offering a competitive salary, negotiable dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave (rising to 33 days after 5 years), health cash plan, employee assistance programme, discounted room rates, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Sales Office Manager in managing the sales team and driving sales targets.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to enhance revenue growth.
- Familiarise yourself with hotel facilities and services to advise guests and clients on how to enhance their stay or visit.
- Experience in a busy conference or events office.
- Passion for developing your career and contributing to a successful sales team.
- A competitive salary, negotiable dependent on experience: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
