About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team at Albert Court development in Henley on Thames. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors to the Estate office and provide exceptional service to colleagues, residents, and other visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls and enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Produce high-quality letters and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate lunch bookings and ensure seamless communication with the Catering Manager.
  • Assist with Domestic Assistance Rota and coordinate with the Registered Estates Manager.
  • Coordinate and distribute our monthly newsletter, updating the bulletin board as needed.
  • Organize bookings for the Guest Suite and ensure it is prepared for the next guests.
  • Provide administrative support to the Estates Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • A caring and friendly personality, with a passion for making a positive impact on our residents' lives.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or customer service is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be considerate, patient, and professional in a busy office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A hardworking and diligent nature, with a strong sense of timekeeping and organization.
