Strategic Partnerships and Programmes Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Programme Design to join our Partnerships and Communities Team at Community Integrated Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design work, identifying and designing impactful programmes and collaborations that drive social impact.
Key Responsibilities- Design and lead on ground-breaking programmes and partnerships with commercial brands and partners, leveraging your expertise to drive social impact.
- Develop and implement project models and roadmaps that meet the needs of our Delivery team, ensuring seamless execution of our work.
- Build and maintain relationships with influential businesses, funders, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for impactful partnerships.
- Apply your commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset to design concepts that are commercially robust and meet the needs of our charity.
- Proven experience in a similar role, working with large commercial brands and partners to design programmes of work with social impact.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision to identify and design scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects.
- Strong relationship-building skills to establish and maintain partnerships that drive social impact.
- Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and design concepts that meet the needs of our charity.
