As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design work, identifying and designing impactful programmes and collaborations that drive social impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead on ground-breaking programmes and partnerships with commercial brands and partners, leveraging your expertise to drive social impact.
  • Develop and implement project models and roadmaps that drive business growth and social impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial partners, funders, and colleagues across the charity.
  • Collaborate with our Director of Partnerships and Communities to drive the strategic direction of our programme design work.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme design and delivery, with a track record of driving social impact.
  • Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and design commercially robust projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
