Key Responsibilities- Design and lead on ground-breaking programmes and partnerships with commercial brands and partners, leveraging your expertise to drive social impact.
- Develop and implement project models and roadmaps that drive business growth and social impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial partners, funders, and colleagues across the charity.
- Collaborate with our Director of Partnerships and Communities to drive the strategic direction of our programme design work.
- Proven experience in programme design and delivery, with a track record of driving social impact.
- Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and design commercially robust projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
