We are seeking a talented Technical Service Desk Administrator to join our team at Simply Solutions (Europe). This exciting opportunity is based in West Lothian, providing a unique chance for someone who is passionate about customer service and IT to take on a new challenge.

Duties include:
- First point of contact for incoming telephone calls
- Accurately process enquiries, resolving concerns where possible or distributing call back requests to the relevant department
