About the Opportunity

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and staff to provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your responsibilities will include implementing personalized learning plans, fostering an inclusive classroom environment, and assisting students in developing social skills and emotional resilience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Implement personalized learning plans
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
  • Assist students in developing social skills and emotional resilience
  • Work alongside teachers and staff to monitor student progress
  • Encourage and motivate students to reach their potential
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students and staff
  • Prior experience in education or support roles (preferred but not essential)
  • Dedication to promoting inclusivity and well-being
  • Enhanced DBS check (we'll help you obtain this)

The estimated salary for this role is £13.50 per hour, offering flexible part-time and full-time opportunities.
