Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalised learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that promote academic achievement and personal growth.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and external specialists to create and implement access plans for students with SEN.
- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning and well-being.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of SEN, and apply this knowledge to enhance teaching and learning.
- Maintain open and regular communication with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting students with SEN.
Estimated Salary: £158,500 per annum based on a 39-week contract.
