Job Title:

Classroom Educator

KPI Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Classroom Educator. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in a secondary school setting.

We are looking for someone who has graduated with a 2:1 or higher in a core subject such as English, Maths, or Science and is eager to gain valuable classroom experience. The successful candidate will have prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or supporting students and will be passionate about inspiring young learners.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and career progression in education. You will work closely with experienced teachers and other support staff to deliver engaging lessons and provide individualized support to students.

The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in a secondary school setting
  • Provide individualized support to students in a classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and other support staff to deliver engaging lessons
  • Contribute to the development of lesson plans and resources
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress
