We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN & SEMH Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Job Description
  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Implement personalized learning plans
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
  • Assist students in developing social skills and emotional resilience
  • Work alongside teachers and staff to monitor student progress
  • Encourage and motivate students to reach their potential
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students and staff
  • Prior experience in education or support roles (preferred but not essential)
  • Dedication to promoting inclusivity and well-being
  • Enhanced DBS check (we'll help you obtain this)

The estimated salary for this role is £13.50 per hour, offering flexible part-time and full-time opportunities.
