Teaching Personnel is Seeking:
An experienced and caring teaching assistant to join our team and support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people and help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to students with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them to overcome challenges and succeed academically
• Assist teachers in creating and implementing personalized learning plans that cater to student needs
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social skills and emotional resilience
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to monitor student progress and develop strategies for success
• Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential through targeted support and guidance

Requirements:
• A degree in Psychology or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust with students and staff
• Prior experience in education or support roles is preferred but not essential
• Dedication to promoting inclusivity and well-being
• Enhanced DBS check required
Estimated salary: £13.50 per hour.
