Job Summary
Veterinary Vision is seeking a professional and enthusiastic receptionist to join our Client Care team in Penrith. As an Equine Veterinary Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring all veterinary reports, referral letters, and discharge instructions are typed, checked, distributed, and attached to patient records in a timely and efficient manner. You will also process insurance claims, provide administrative support to our vets, reception team, and wider organisation, book appointments and surgical procedures for our clients, assist with general reception and admin duties as required, and answer the telephone to assist clients with any enquiries or queries.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
