Administrative Support Team Member

Oakhill Veterinary Centre is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated veterinary receptionist to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills, provide exceptional customer service, and work closely with our veterinary team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and a keen eye for detail. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for animals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, tidy, and well-organized
- Answer phone calls, direct them to the relevant personnel, and take messages
- Perform administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and connecting them to the necessary resources
- Perform additional tasks as required, utilizing your organizational skills and initiative
Requirements:
- Experience in using Microsoft Office, with strong typing skills and administrative knowledge
- An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for animals
