**About the Role:**

We are seeking a caring and dynamic individual to join our team as a Support Coordinator in our Preston Intensive Support Service. The successful candidate will have experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities, be highly motivated and enthusiastic about making a difference in people's lives.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide support and assistance to individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives.
  • To maintain accurate records of individual's progress and well-being.

**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
