We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Gtdhealthcare. As a key member of our emergency care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. You will be working closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of healthcare principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting Clinical Teams: Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care.
  • Patient Interventions: Conduct various patient interventions, such as venepuncture, ECGs, and blood glucose monitoring, under the guidance of qualified professional staff.
  • Clinical Environment: Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, ensuring that equipment and supplies are readily available.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3: Possess an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent work-based experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer office programs and clinical software systems.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Salary and Benefits
