Oakhill Veterinary Centre is seeking a skilled Reception Support team member to join our team in Lytham Road and Goosnargh branches. As a passionate animal lover with excellent customer service skills, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming clients, managing phone calls, maintaining the reception area, and supporting clients with concerns or issues. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your administrative skills and work closely with our veterinary team.

  • Welcome clients and their pets for appointments with a professional attitude.
  • Effectively handle phone calls, direct them to the relevant personnel, and take messages.
  • Maintain the reception area to a high standard, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Support clients with concerns or issues, providing guidance and resources when needed.
  • Complete various administrative tasks, including photocopying, typing letters, scanning, and filing.
  • Contribute to maintaining a smooth workflow and assisting with miscellaneous duties as required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong typing skills are essential.
